The week before Christmas my boyfriend and I spent a few days in Asheville to celebrate my graduation and enjoy some time together. We stayed at the cutest little Airbnb in Swannanoa, NC which was perfectly between Asheville and Black Mountain so we were able to enjoy both!
Small businesses play a big part in who I am and where I want to go. My dad’s parents owned a grocery store, and my mom’s mother owned a daycare. All 3 of them worked so hard to provide for their families and do good in the community. I like to think that my desire to serve businesses is in my blood, and that it was passed down from all of my grandparents.
I asked my Instagram followers who the hardest person to shop for is. No surprise, a lot of ladies said it is their dads, grandpas, and boyfriends! I can totally understand this one, the guys in my life are always such a struggle to shop for!
Happy fall y’all! It is officially the most wonderful time of the year, do not fight me on this. My house is decorated for the season, and my fall candle is lit. The only thing missing is a pumpkin on my front porch!
This week I am celebrating my 21st birthday!
When Jon and I first started dating (literally it was date 3) he took me on the cutest date ever. You can read about it here! It’s a memory I will always cherish, and I think it was this date that really won my friends over to his side.
Jon took me on another surprise date for my birthday yesterday. If we’re honest this date could be the new #1.
If you’ve been reading Timelessly Trendy for a while, you know I have a boyfriend, but probably don’t know much else.
It really cooled off in East Tennessee this week. And by “cooled off” I mean it didn’t hit 80 all week. It is totally funny that when the weather is in the 70s in March I want to wear shorts, but when it’s in the 70s in fall I need to be in jeans and a sweater.
As most of you know right now, last year I started college three hours away from home. I didn’t know anyone I would be going to school with except for my older brother. I was terrified.
